going home with a newborn is the moment the system hands you a pamphlet and wishes you luck. if you'd rather have an expert in your corner (someone who comes to you, knows your baby, and answers the questions you've been Googling at 2am) that's what I'm here for.

newborn sleep is highly variable, and most families receive conflicting advice in the early weeks.
I support families by:
explaining what’s normal at each stage of newborn development
helping you identify patterns in your baby’s sleep and wake windows
supporting day–night rhythm development and longer stretches of sleep over time
offering gentle, responsive strategies that fit your family without the pressure of rigid schedules
the goal is knowing whats expected and how to support sleep safely and realistically in the early months.

life with a newborn rarely fits into neat categories. I’m here for the real-world questions that come up between appointments.
I support families with:
hands-on guidance for bathing, settling, handling, and daily routines
weight checks, observations, and Blue Book assessments
practical setup support (sleep spaces, feeding areas, product suggestions)
talking through concerns as they arise, from normal newborn behaviors to early warning signs & safety netting
this is the kind of support that helps families feel confident at home.
I come to you. for feeding questions at week two, unsettled nights at week four, and everything in between. the first 12 weeks are a lot and you shouldn't have to figure them out alone.
